About Mum & Me Support — postnatal care in Nairobi

Bernadette is the founder of Mum & Me Support. She started the service with a simple belief: every new mother deserves calm, consistent, professional support in her own home during the postnatal weeks.

Her vision shapes everything we do — from the way we train our team to the gentle, non-judgemental care we bring into Nairobi families' living rooms. She remains closely involved in our programmes, standards and client experience, ensuring Mum & Me stays true to its promise of newborn and mum support at home.

Serah is our Administration and Client & Staff Support Lead at Mum & Me. She is a mother herself and brings both lived experience and compassion into her role.

Serah strongly believes in the Mum & Me philosophy — that mums deserve consistent, gentle support during the postnatal period. She plays a key role in supporting our clients and care team, ensuring every family feels heard, supported, and well cared for.
